The Metropolitan Walkers is the 20s and 30s group for Inner London.
Our walks take place anywhere which is accessible by public transport from Central London. Non-members are welcome to come on a couple of walks to try us out before joining. There is no need to book; just turn up at the time and place stated in the Groups Walks Finder (see above).

Capital Walkers was set up by people who have walked on their own and with other groups (mostly the Metropolitan Walkers) for many years; Londoners who love getting out into the countryside and interesting urban and suburban spaces, to learn more about the world, and to share that pleasure with others.

Are a friendly and varied group of people of all ages and interests who share a love of walking. Most of our members live in the boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark, but some come from further afield. We have a comprehensive programme of walks which cover most of South East England. Virtually all our walks are accessible by public transport and generally run each Saturday and Sunday.;
